Curriculum-Based Training Program
Davis & Company helps your Credit Union to develop a comprehensive curriculum-based training program that is integrated with your Strategic Plan. A specific training curriculum for every exempt and non-exempt position in the Credit Union is developed, consisting of internal and external courses to be attended during Months 1-6, Months 7-12, and for advanced periods of tenure. Training needs are defined at the individual, member and organizational levels. An Education Grid is established to reflect course priorities, course development methods, course implementation dates, and training methods.
Stress Management Programs
As a part of its performance enhancement and alignment strategies, Davis & Company provides expert instruction on stress management in the Credit Union workplace. The level of stress in the work environment correlates directly with the perceived amount and speed of change in that environment. As authors of a nationally acclaimed series on Stress Management, we provide a Stress Management Program for staff which enables them to cope with and embrace the changes taking place in the work environment.
Leadership Competencies Program
Davis & Company works with the Board of Directors, CEO and senior staff to identify and develop the leadership competencies necessary to lead the Credit Union over the next 3-5 years. Using our specially designed measurement instrument, The Credit Union Executives Leadership Competencies Assessment Inventory, we help Boards and Credit Union Executives identify the leadership skills and practices necessary for effective Credit Union performance. Our approach focuses on developing and sharpening 12 dimensions of leadership, including strategic thinking and change management skills.
